Our Fees & Terms

Schedule of Fees Management Charges are calculated as a £ note concept on a monthly basis, and where appropriate will be deducted from rental income.

Full Management £45.00 per month + VAT/£54 Inclusive
Tenancy Extensions £50.00 + VAT/£60 Inclusive
Notice Seeking Possession £50.00 + VAT/£60 Inclusive
S13 Rent Increase £25.00 + VAT/£30 Inclusive
Overseas Clients Only: Administration of NRL tax returns £50.00 per year + VAT/£60 Inclusive
Redirection of mail overseas £1 per mailing plus cost of postage + VAT/£1.20 Inclusive
Additional copies of invoices and statements are charged at £2.50 per copy Statement/Invoice

A charge of £10.00 will be made for providing an annual schedule of income and expenditure, if required.

The hourly rates for Additional Services charged by the hour to be:

Tenant Find Only Service Letting Fee50% of one month's rent^* (subject to a minimum fee of £395 + VAT/£474 Inclusive)
Tenancy Extension £75.00 + VAT/£90 Inclusive Issue
Notice Seeking Possession £75.00 + VAT/£90 Inclusive

Inventories/Schedule of conditions and check ins/check outs are provided by the agent at no additional charge.

Clients who select the Tenant Find Only service are advised to employ an independent inventory contractor.

Tenant Find Service with Fully Managed Service Letting Fee 50% of one month's rent^* (subject to a minimum fee of £295 + VAT/£354 Inclusive)
