Richard graduated from DeMontfort University in 1994 with an honours degree in Land Management and has worked in various guises across the lettings business since graduating. In 2003 he also qualified as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In this role he has carried out all aspects of residential survey and valuation work for most of the major mortgage lenders.
A native of Nottingham and having qualified locally, Richard is familiar with the East Midlands residential market where he ran a number of offices which dealt with all aspects of the business from Residential Lettings and Management to Commercial Lettings and Management. A particular area of expertise has been his management of investment portfolios for clients, which includes not only managing their properties but also helping to plan their future investment strategies.
Richard has worked within the lettings industry for over 10 years, working for both independent and corporate companies where he was Head of Property Management for the North Midlands managing in excess of 6,000 properties.
Richard was responsible for all aspects of the business from maintenance, landlord and tenant act, to maintaining a high level of customer service.
He has a vast knowledge of the property industry and legislation; and understands the value of property management and how important it is for both landlord and tenant.
Richard was influential in helping with acquisitions across the area and understanding the needs of his clients.
Anthony started in the property industry in 1996 following on from leaving University with a Diploma and Degree in property related courses.
Anthony quickly gained promotion to run his own office where he increased the property portfolio with excellent customer service and client recommendations. He made the move from lettings in 1999 to join a firm of Chartered Surveyors where he gained his ICS qualifications and began practising as a Chartered Surveyor.
During this time he represented the industry on many leading panels to include the Energy Performance Certification and Home Inspector pilots. He later re-joined the lettings business in 2009 where he ran and developed the lettings division, being involved with acquisitions and staff training and maintaining and infusing a high level of customer service throughout his managed offices.
